Check-In & Check-Out Times
- Check-in time: 3:00
- Check-out time: 12:00
- Please check with the park host if you need an exception
Speed Limits
- Speed limit within the park is 7 mph. Please drive slowly and safely to ensure the safety of pedestrians, pets, and other RVs.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am . Please be mindful of your noise level and keep the volume of TVs, radios, and conversations low.
RV Condition
- All RV’s and vehicles must be maintained in good and operating condition. RV’s older than 10 years of age are not allowed without prior park management approval.
Parking
- Typically only one RV and one vehicle per site. If you have additional vehicles that do not fit on your site, check with park management for the possibility of additional parking spaces available for $35 per month.
- Do not block roadways, other sites, or emergency access points.
Waste Disposal
- Dispose of all waste in the designated trash bins and dumpsters.
- Please use the proper sewage disposal methods and never dump waste outside of designated dump stations.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and under control. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. $25 Fine per occurrence will apply for violations
- No aggressive or dangerous dogs allowed.
- Please ensure pets do not disturb other guests (e.g., barking).
Campfires & Grills
- Fires are not allowed, but feel free to grill on your pits as much as you’d like. We love the aroma of a good steak on the grill.
- Always extinguish fires completely when done.
Visitors
- All visitors must register at the front desk and adhere to park rules while on the property.
- Extra charges may apply for visitors staying longer than 2 nights
Noise and Music
- Radios, TVs, and music must be kept at a reasonable volume and only played during designated hours.
- Amplified music or loud parties are not permitted.
- Alcohol and Drugs
- Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but intoxication that causes disturbance to others is not tolerated.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Children’s Safety
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near roads, playgrounds, or bodies of water.
- Bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are only allowed in designated areas.
- Site Maintenance
- Sites must be kept clean and free from litter and clutter.
- Do not leave items like grills, bikes, or toys outside when not in use.
- Site Occupancy
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the RV site. Please do not allow others to “camp out” in your RV or on your site.
- Quiet Time for Generators
- Generators are allowed only when electric power is not available from a park connection.
- Electrical and Water Usage
- Please ensure electrical connections are safe and proper. Report any malfunctions or concerns to the office. Monthly electric
- Conserve water when possible. Do not waste or leave water running unattended.
- Monthly residents will be charged for their electrical usage at $0.14/kw
- Motorized Vehicles and ATV Use
- ATVs, dirt bikes, and other motorized recreational vehicles are not permitted within the park
- Vehicles should not be used for joyriding within the park.
- Compliance with Local Laws
- All guests are required to comply with local, state, and federal laws while in the park.
- Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to park property, including utilities, roads, and facilities.
- Management’s Right to Refuse Service
- The park management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guests who violate park rules or behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

I have lived in the park since October of last year. The park is always clean, and quiet other then the road noise. The asphalt roads and pads are a nice touch. Way better then the dirt ones you get at other parks in the area. All the hook ups are new so no problem there. My spot has good tree coverage as does most of the other spots. I have never used the men's or women's shower, but by walking around the men's its clean and nice on the inside. The laundromat has four washers and dyers that are coin operated. There is a tv in there with some nice furniture so you have something to do while waiting for your clothes to wash/dry. There is a dumpster on site that gets picked up on a regular basis. The management team has been great. They have always been friendly and helpful. The mail room is not up and running yet so they will actually bring it to me. Very nice touch. The rates are comparable to others in the area. Coming from apartment I like the fact the water, trash, and sewer are included. All and all its a great park with good management. You can't go wrong.

Outstanding customer service! The park is beautiful and has freshly paved asphalt on their sites! Highly recommend!! Peaceful retreat with a country vibe. Nice escape from the city!

We have been here for a few months now so I can give my review. This park is new and clean, as of Jan 2025 the amenities are still being worked on (showers, clubhouse) probably finished up here soon, washer/dryers are on site and coin op. Nicest park around La Vernia by a long shot. Dog lady who wrote the negative review is located on the NE side of the resort has a ton of dogs as she runs what I believe is a shelter. Do not know what the beef is but think she might want a free fence. Hope this helps.

This is a beautiful RV park. Many of the spots have lots of room with tree cover and all the utility hookups are convenient and easy to get to. The gentleman that helps look after the park is very nice as well.

Awesome place to stay whether it’s just one night, a weekend getaway or long term! Definitely the nicest RV park in La Vernia and surrounding areas by far! They have asphalt paved roads and lots of trees for shaded areas. And great rates!! Highly recommend!
